Here you can see the bottom of the springed seat. Right on top of the springs is heavy felt.
Above the heavy felt is 2" of 55lb foam, then the pleated vinyl. I built the seat frame with a small
rigid wire welded about 3/4" inside the frame itself to hogring the seat cover to. To keep the
seat cover from tearing under the pressure of the hogrings, I sewed a steel wire
(wrapped in heavy paper) into the vinyl.
