You can faintly see the lines every 2". These are the lines that I'm following while sewing
the pleats on one of the panels. I think I'm pleating the back piece in that picture. I think
the proper way to do this is with the vinyl side up, but I was making with a black gel pen
and that wouldn't show up on the black vinyl. I don't have any fancy fabric pens, so I just
worked with what I had.
