Not very pretty, but here you can see the seat frame with the springs already wired up.
Once covered with the heavy felt pad and some high density foam (55lb 2"), you'll never
feel the springs. The 4" blank area in front (bottom) of the springs is for a foam bolster
primarily for asthetics. If you look real closely, you'll see the small wire welded on
stand-off's
all around the inside edges of the frame. This wire is for attaching the seat
cover to with hog rings.
